Through guided self-testing, a clear picture is given of the integrity of the gut lining, presence of pathogens, and the function of the liver and gallbladder in the detoxification process
Diet is not a “One-size fits all” experience. Through your Metabolic Typing Evaluation, you are given recommendations for the diet that is right for your specific genetic type! Take the guesswork out of what is healthy for YOUR body. You will also receive supplement protocols that best support your health challenges and get you out of the cycle of “trial and error”
Stress plays a key role in the condition of our stress hormones, sex hormones and the state of our immune system. Chronic stressors deplete our vital reserves, similar to making repeated withdrawals from our savings account without making proper deposits to offset the demand.
Some facts about stress:
A lot happens to the food you eat on the long journey from your mouth to leaving your body out the other end. Myriads of enzymes and processes break down food, assimilate the nutrients from it and shuttle the wastes out of the body.
Stress causes actual changes to take place to the cellular lining of the intestines, causing poor digestion, malnutrition, and an invitation for pathogens to take root in there. Overgrowth of bacterias, fungi and parasites cause further damage to the fragile cells that line the intestinal tract.
Damaged cells can’t get the nutrients in or the waste out, so the body begins to suffer damage to the DNA of the cells. Gradually cells stop functioning properly, which leads to organ damage and system damage. That increases our risk of illness and disease.
Three common bears have three different diets. A Panda bear will eat mostly vegetation and only a small amount of bugs or other protein. A brown bear will eat mostly vegetation as well, but will in addition eat fish, squirrels or other small rodents. A Polar bear lives on high fat diet of blubber, seals and other mammals. Genetically, each of these bears is designed to thrive on a particular diet. Likewise, humans have a genetic make up that require different ratios of protein, fat and carbohydrates based on their genetic testing. Knowing this Metabolic Type will assist you in both eating and exercising properly for your type!
